Training Classes Offered:

AB BLASTER/ FULL BODY WORKOUT

Fast paced, 30 minute workout designed to fatigue your core muscles. BLAST YOUR ABS by combining isolation and total-body movements.

BOOT CAMP

This class is designed for those desiring to lose weight, increase cardiovascular fitness and increase muscular strength more efficiently.

CARDIO PUMP

Fast paced high repetition class focusing on weight loss. Tone up your body with floor exercises targeting the core and use of a step and dumbbells.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It is not recognized formally as a type of yoga distinct from other types.  Chair yoga is usually taught as a way to achieve physical and mental fitness, not as a way of life, as are most other yoga classes in the Western world. Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available, and complicated maneuvers and movements are not present in the class. We will cover standing, seated, and prone postures; however, most of these classes use the chair only, due to the difficulty of getting down or up off of the floor.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

An advanced 60 minute class working your cardiovascular system. You’ll gain muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination.

CYCLING

A 60 minute cardio endurance challenge full of intervals, hills, jumps, and speed play. Beginners through advanced cyclists are welcome.

FULL BODY WORKOUT

This class focuses on developing muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance utilizing free weights and stability Balls.

HYDROTONE

A deep water workout enhancing water resistance and cardio output.

PILATES

Develop long, lean muscles and core strength utilizing bands, Pilates rings and weights.

PUMP

Total body strength training is combined with a variety of dance and step cardio intervals in this one hour class.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Build cardiovascular endurance and resistive fitness all in one. Challenge your body through the use of hand weights, stability balls, a step bench and bands.

YOGA

Yoga releases the body and mind from tensions, allowing you to regain balance and energy. Recommended for everyone.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA is a high energy, fun workout, it fuses Latin and International music to create a one-of-a-kind workout.
