Rules and Procedures

  • Membership required for court reservations
  • Members are allowed to reserve 7 days in advance for a max of 2 hours
  • All players are required to check in at the main desk and all payments are due prior to court usage
    • Failure to check in before using the courts will result in being assessed the maximum court rate
  • 24 hour notice is required for cancellations of court time and lessons or you will be subject to full payment
  • No children left unattended
  • Guests of members will be charged a $20 fee plus their portion of the court rate.
  • Proper shoes and appropriate attire required at all times
  • No food, gum, or glass allowed on courts. No outside food allowed
  • Ball machine can be used only during the current session. No refunds will be given or carry overs allowed
  • Make-ups need to be scheduled in advance. No drop-ins will be allowed for classes
  • Credits for an injury are allowed. Please notify as soon as possible to ensure proper credit
  • We reserve the right to consolidate or cancel any program that does not have the required number of participants
  • Tennis memberships are nonrefundable
  • Lessons by authorized Fairlane Club professionals only
